Auto Liability

Liability coverage pays for property damage and/or injury to another person caused by an accident in which you are at fault. This coverage is required by most states to legally drive your vehicle. Liability coverage is divided into 2 parts: property damage and bodily injury.

MTC - Cargo

Motor Truck Cargo insurance provides coverage against the risks of direct physical loss to covered property during transit and loading or unloading. Covers property while it is in a terminal or dock awaiting final distribution.

Physical Damage - Comprehensive / Collision

Physical Damage coverage is not all-in-one auto insurance. It usually only includes your collision insurance and comprehensive insurance policies.

Non-Owned Trailer

Non-owned trailer coverage extends Physical Damage (comprehensive/collision) coverage to a non-owned trailer while attached to a covered (scheduled) power unit on your active policy. Non-owned coverage does require a specific limit that is provided by the owner of the trailer.

Trailer Interchange

A type of coverage available under either the truckers or the motor carrier policy form that covers the insured's legal liability for damage to the trailers of others. Coverage is also available, by endorsement, under the business auto policy (BAP)
